Oh no! Cavity Sam's dog, Rex - Ray, has gobbled up all sorts of wrong things like homework, socks, bunny slippers, and a dog bone. Players step in to make him feel better by removing these items. Simply drop an ailment into the dog's mouth and use the magnetic Dog - o - scope to guide it through his belly, aiming for it to come out his tail end. But beware of the buzz! If the buzzer goes off, the ailment drops. If it falls out of his belly, the player's turn ends. Each successfully removed ailment earns a point, and the player with the most points wins. This game keeps kids entertained with fun sound effects. Press and hold the pup's nose to hear instant bark and fart sounds. It's an ideal birthday or holiday gift for kids aged 6 and up.

How to play: First, have Cavity Sam's dog, Rex - Ray, who has eaten some bad things. Drop an ailment into the dog's mouth. Then use the magnetic Dog - o - scope to guide the ailment along his belly. Try to get it out of his tail end. If the buzzer sounds, the ailment drops. If it falls out of his belly, your turn is over. Each time you remove an ailment successfully, you get a point.
